Electrical Automation Services is Hiring an Electrical Reliability Engineer Near Sayreville, NJ
- Identify failures that adversely affect plant operations using Data analysis techniques (Weibull analysis, Six Sigma, Fault tree, CA and RCFA).
- Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for the plant.
- Provide or improve asset reliability using analysis of equipment history and through technical skills.
- Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering.
- Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
- Responsible for equipment problems causing repetitive failures.
- Systematically defines designs, develops, monitors and refines asset maintenance plan including Critical Analysis and SFMEA.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes.
- Responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management process.
- Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel.
- Works with project Engineering to ensure reliability of new and modified installations.
